NexOrtho acts strictly as a medical facilitation platform. We connect UK patients seeking orthopaedic procedures with JCI-accredited and NABH-accredited hospitals in India. We assist with logistics, communication, and travel coordination.
3. Not a Healthcare Provider
NexOrtho is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The surgical procedure, clinical outcomes, and post-operative care remain the sole responsibility of the treating physician and the hospital in India.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete medical history during your virtual consultations. Failure to disclose pre-existing conditions may result in the cancellation of surgery upon physical assessment in India.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our facilitation services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
